The Sage the Oracle™ espresso machine creates quality coffee that tastes like your favorite coffee.

Oracle™ features automatic grinding, dosing, compacting and milk texturing, automating the two most difficult parts of manual espresso. You can extract espresso and textured milk simultaneously, allowing you to go from beans to latte in less than a minute.

Automatic and Mess-Free– Integrated conical burr grinder automatically grinds, doses and compacts 22 grams for a double dose, similar to your favorite commercial coffee machine.

Precise espresso extraction– Dual stainless steel boilers and heated group head, both regulated by our digital temperature control (PID), automatically deliver water at the right temperature, extracting the most flavor potential. The Oracle™ also has an overpressure valve (OPV). This commercial feature limits the maximum pressure throughout the extraction, helping to prevent bitter flavors in the shot. It also features true low-pressure pre-infusion, which gradually increases pressure to gently expand the beans for even extraction.

Microfoam Milk– The automatic steam wand textures the milk according to your preferred flavor and temperature, from a silky smooth latte (less texture) to a creamy cappuccino ( more texture). Powered by a dedicated boiler, the automatic steam wand delivers barista-quality microfoam that enhances coffee flavor and is essential for creating latte art.

One Touch Americano– the innovative One Touch Americano feature offers a double espresso and, separately, through a dedicated spout, fills the cup with hot water, in the same way as any good commercial machine.
