More specifically, the coffee originates in the city of Carmo de Minas, which is extraordinarily dedicated to gourmet coffee, as the city is mainly made up of coffee growers. It is also in this region that the ASCARIVE cooperative emerged, founded in 2008 and created with care, to support small farmers and many families who work hard to guarantee high quality coffee.
